The AMSA-Unsri External Division plays a key role in expanding, establishing, and maintaining AMSA-Unsri's relationships with external parties. The main task of the AMSA-Unsri External Division also involves the administrative management of AMSA-Unsri member delegations, as a conduit for information on AMSA's national and international activities to AMSA-Unsri. Furthermore, this division is responsible for increasing the involvement and active participation of AMSA-Unsri members and parties in AMSA's national and international activities. A good relationship between AMSA-Unsri and external parties is expected to support the implementation of work programs in the coming year and enhance AMSA-Unsri's reputation and image as a leading organization at the local, national, and international levels.
Bidding and Candidating Team (BnC Team)
The BnC Team is a group created to carry out the duties of the DnH Team during its previous tenure, namely preparing selection requirements (bidding) and delegations for AMSA-Indonesia National Events and AMSA International International Events. Additionally, the BnC Team will assist AMSA-Indonesia National Team candidates in their candidacy.
AMSA-Unsri Delegates Information and Administration (MUTATION)
MUTATION is an external work program in the form of providing information regarding AMSA's national and international activities as well as managing the administration and archiving of AMSA-Unsri member delegations.
External Open House (EXPOSE)
The External Open House (EXPOSE) is a work program that introduces AMSA-Unsri observer members to the AMSA-Unsri External Division and the facilities provided by AMSA-Unsri as a liaison between them and external parties. EXPOSE will be held during the AMSA-Unsri Open Recruitment series. AUM I and PEPSIN Physical will be held during EXPOSE. In addition, prospective observer members will be introduced to the AMSA-Indonesia National Team.
AMSA-Unsri Masterclass (AUM)
The AMSA-Unsri Masterclass is a series of work programs aimed at providing information about AMSEP and the AMSA-Indonesia National Team, as well as equipping prospective AMSA-Unsri observer members with the basics of the exchange program. This activity is carried out as part of a gathering-based work program in collaboration with the AMSA-Unsri AMSEP Officer and the 2024/2025 AMSA-Indonesia National Team. This program will be held during EXPOSE.
Post Event and AMSEP Presentation (PEPSIN)
This work program collaborates with all delegates, both national and international, to create a post-event presentation for AMSA-Unsri. Each AMSA-Unsri delegate will be asked to collect documentation and provide testimonials during the event to be shared with AMSA-Unsri members and observers.
AMSAXAMSA
The meeting agenda between AMSA-Unsri and AMSA-other universities aims to establish cooperation, exchange ideas, and build the existence of AMSA-Unsri.
AMSAXALSA
AMSAxALSA is a joint work program where AMSA-Unsri collaborates with ALSA LC Unsri.
Musyawarah Nasional 2025 (Munas 2025)
The National Conference (MUNAS) is an annual national event held by AMSA-Indonesia, a national meeting that discusses the sustainability of AMSA-Indonesia and is attended by AMSA universities. Each year, one AMSA university is given the opportunity to host the MUNAS and is responsible for organizing various meeting activities.
AMSA District 1 Project and Gathering (AD1PG)
The AMSA District 1 Project and Gathering is an event chaired by the District 1 APH under the supervision of the LO, GO, and NGOs, as well as the Regional Chairperson of AMSA-Indonesia. This event will address a specific disease theme and will foster collaboration with GOs and relevant NGOs. AD1PG will serve as a District 1 bonding event and be part of District 1's social action activities.
External Upgrading and Gathering (ALGAE)
ALGAE is a platform for AMSA-Unsri members and observers to develop and build interpersonal relationships. This program will be held twice a year.
