AMSA-Unsri Training for National and International Competition (AUTHENTIC)
AUTHENTIC is a work program that aims to introduce, inform the competition timeline, and basic competition training to increase the interest and enthusiasm of AMSA-Unsri members in participating in competitions held by AMSA-Indonesia and AMSA International.
Learn, Explore, Narrate, Shoot: Local Academic Training Vol.1 (LENS: LAT Vol. 1)
LENS: LAT Vol. 1 is a mandatory program implemented by every AMSA university. The theme of LENS: LAT Vol. 1 follows the theme carried by LAT by AMSA-Indonesia, which is to hold training to improve the skills of AMSA members, especially in the field of photography/videography.
Point of Action: A Day As A Medical Student with AMSA (ADIPOSA)
ADIPOSA is an open house program that will be the first major program organized by all AMSA-Unsri observer members. This event is the first open house for the Faculty of Medicine in South Sumatra and aims to introduce the academic life at FK Unsri to the wider community, especially high school students.
Preparation for AnR Members to Compete in R-Ticle (PARTICLE)
This is a writing training program for Academic and Research members to prepare R-Ticles submissions, including posters, essays, and papers, for publication by AMSA-Indonesia. Furthermore, Academic and Research members are expected to be more aware of their knowledge of the world of health
Preparation on Academic and Research Synergy: Local Academic Training Vol. 2 (PEARS: LAT Vol. 2)
PEARS: LAT Vol. 2 is a Local Academic Training (LAT) program that refers to the AMSA-Indonesia theme of scientific papers. This program consists of webinars and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) designed to improve participants' knowledge and skills in preparing scientific papers, from idea formulation to research methodology. This program also serves as a forum to introduce various scientific paper competitions organized by AMSA-Indonesia, such as the National Research Proposal Competition (NRPC), PCC EAMSC, PCC AMSC, IMSTC. This event is open to all members, observer members, and non-AMSA Unsri participants who want to learn more about competitive opportunities in the field of research
AMSA-Unsri Internal Training for Public Speaking Competition (AMNION)
AMNION is a public speaking training program in order to determine observer members and members with high potential and interest in the field of public speaking by resource persons/coaches in order to prepare participants in NAE competitions and other events that require public speaking skills in English.
Debate X Public Health Video Competition by AMSA-Unsri (DEXTRA)
DEXTRA is a program under the Academic and Research (AnR) Division of AMSA-Unsri, which aims to organize a provincial-scale academic competition for high school students in South Sumatra. This activity combines two categories: the Public Health Video Competition, which is held online to train participants' creativity in conveying educational messages through visuals, and the Debate Competition, which is held offline to develop critical thinking skills, public communication, and logical argumentation.
AnR Raise Awareness: World Lung Disease Day (ARA)
ARA is a two-part activity: offline and online. The offline activity involves visiting orphanages to educate the children. The online activity, meanwhile, involves a social media campaign to raise awareness about Lung Disease Day on November 15th. Another goal is to train public speaking skills for observer members and members.
